1) Change made more than 48 hours before departure will incur a penalty of 10% of the price of the individual ticket.

2) Change made between 24 and 48 hours before departure will incur a penalty of 25% of the price of the individual ticket.

3) Change made less than 24 hours before departure will incur a penalty of 50% of the individual ticket price.
